Skipper S. Jacobs

Skipper (Skip) Jacobs is based in JHC’s Topeka office. Skip represents family law clients in matters of divorce, child custody, child support, parenting time, spousal maintenance, and guardianship. He also defends individuals charged with crimes in the District of Kansas.

As an Army veteran, Skip has ample experience staying calm under pressure and handling intense situations with ease. His military career took him many places and introduced him to all kinds of characters—expanding his understanding of people, their priorities, and how to set others up for success.

Skip’s favorite thing about being an attorney is being able to help people reach their goals. He is a thoughtful counselor and adept litigator who helps his clients pick their battles strategically and goes to the mat for what matters most.
