TOPEKA, Kan. – Joseph, Hollander & Craft (JHC) is pleased to announce the addition of Courtland Triplett to its family law group, strengthening the firm’s capacity to serve clients.
Courtland attended the University of Kansas, where he earned his Bachelor of General Studies in 2020. He then attended George Washington University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2023. At GWU Law, Courtland was honored with the Dean’s Recognition for Professional Development, a distinction that highlights his dedication to continuous learning and excellence in the legal profession.
Courtland is licensed in Kansas and Missouri and based out of JHC’s Topeka office, where he works closely with JHC family law attorneys Ardith Smith-Woertz and Shawna Miller. Asked about Courtland’s addition to the team, Ardith noted, “Courtland brings to the firm a passion for the law and empathy for clients and their situations. He is willing to go the extra mile to research the issues and is thoroughly prepared to present his client’s case. He understands the importance of reaching amiable and fair settlements for his clients and about explaining their options to them.”
Courtland assists clients with family law matters involving divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, and spousal maintenance. He also assists clients with the preparation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
