Ms. Rosengreen practices in all areas of family law, including but not limited to, divorce, paternity, modification, guardianship, Guardian ad Litem and adoption. A life-long advocate for children and families, she is a Certified Family Law Mediator for the State of Missouri.
After graduation from the University of Kansas School of Law, Ms. Rosengreen obtained law licenses in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, and Minnesota. She is currently admitted to practice before all District and Circuit Courts in Kansas and Missouri.
After earning her bachelor of arts degree in English from Kansas State University, Ms. Rosengreen earned her juris doctorate in 2006 from the University of Kansas School of Law. While in law school, she was active in defending indigent clients through the Paul E. Wilson Project for Innocence and Post-Conviction Remedies. She also represented abused and neglected children as a CASA advocate in Douglas County, Kan., and served as vice president of KU’s Women in Law organization.
Early in her career, Ms. Rosengreen represented clients in criminal and family matters in the state of Iowa. She then returned to the Kansas City area to serve as Law Clerk to the Honorable Vernon E. Scoville, III, in the Jackson County Sixteenth Circuit Court of Missouri. She later worked three years as a staff attorney for Jackson County CASA, representing the best interests of children as a Guardian ad Litem in the Juvenile Court of Jackson County. She returned to private practice in 2013, focusing primarily on family law. She continues to represent children as a Guardian ad Litem.
Special Appointments and Qualifications
Ms. Rosengreen is both a Certified Family Law Mediator and a Qualified Guardian Ad Litem for the State of Missouri. She is bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
Ms. Rosengreen is a member of the Kansas City Metro Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association and the Kansas Bar Association. She regularly teaches continuing legal education seminars on Guardian ad Litem practice and procedures.
