Overland Park family law attorney Ashley Franden represents clients in matters involving separation, divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, stepparent adoption, and grandparent rights. She also prepares pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and counsels clients regarding the same.

Before pursuing a career in law, Ashley used her bachelor’s degree in social work as a foster care case manager. After handling several cases where she felt her clients would be better served with legal intervention, she felt compelled to study—and, ultimately, practice—family law. As a family law attorney, Ashley helps her clients address the complex problems they face at the moment while simultaneously developing sustainable plans for the future.

Ashley’s clients appreciate her empathetic approach to family law practice. She understands that people seeking legal help often do so under the burden of tremendous stress. From a place of compassion, Ashley endeavors to ease that stress by guiding her clients toward practical solutions tailored to their unique situations and needs.
