The Jackson County Family Court implemented a new program called “Cradles to Crayons” with the intention to help parents involved in abuse and neglect cases reunite with their children faster. Currently it takes almost two years for babies and toddlers to go through the court system and out of foster care. Cradles to Crayons is designed to help individuals overcome hurdles and reunite families. There are only 15 families in the program and family law attorney, Christine Rosengreen represents one.
