Payment Notices

Third Party Payments

Payments made on behalf of a JHC client by a third party will be treated as a loan or gift to JHC client. Any agreement regarding return of the gift or repayment of the loan is between the third party payor and JHC client—not between third party payor and JHC.

Credit Card Payments

• Effective 4/21/23, credit card transactions will incur a 3.0% surcharge.
• The following payment methods are available without a surcharge:
  • Cash
  • Check
  • Debit Card
  • E-Check
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
  • Pre-Paid Card
