Samantha Fisher represents professionals and their practices in matters involving licensure, compliance, administrative and regulatory defense, health and hospital law, and civil litigation involving insurance defense and business disputes.

Samantha’s licensure and regulatory defense practice extends to all professions. Samantha defends physicians, physician assistants, nurses, chiropractors, attorneys, certified public accountants, engineers, real estate agents, and insurance agents before their respective administrative agencies. From responding to initial complaints and negotiating settlements to defending allegations in formal disciplinary proceedings or petitioning for judicial review, Samantha partners with her clients to protect their livelihoods.

Samantha assists organizational and individual health care providers with physician contracts, non-competition agreements and disputes, medical staff relations, peer review and risk management, defense of medical malpractice claims, and other civil litigation. She also counsels health care providers regarding HIPAA, EMTALA, and other compliance matters.

As the daughter of two physicians, Samantha learned from her parents what it takes to pursue and maintain a professional career.
