WICHITA, Kan. – Katherine E.M. Chlumsky has joined the Civil Litigation and Employment Law Department of Joseph, Hollander & Craft LLC. Her practice area focuses on federal and state employment law, intellectual property, negative covenants, and contract disputes.
A 2015 graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law, Malotte is a member of the Wichita Bar Association and the Kansas Bar Association. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in history and literary studies from Bethel College, where she played varsity tennis and was named Outstanding Female Athlete of the Year 2010 – 2012. She is a former reporter with The Marysville (Kan.) Advocate.
