Practice Areas: Ms. Chlumsky’s civil practice is concentrated in civil litigation with an emphasis on employment law. Her domestic practice includes divorce, child custody, child support, parenting time, spousal maintenance, and paternity.
Admissions: Ms. Chlumsky is admitted to practice before the Kansas Supreme Court, all other Kansas courts and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.
Education: Ms. Chlumsky completed her undergraduate studies at Bethel College in North Newton, Kansas. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Literary Studies. Ms. Chlumsky received her juris doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2015. During law school, she was a member of the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy, serving as Senior Staff Articles Editor 2014-2015 and as a Staff Editor 2013-2014. She was also a member of the University of Kansas 2014-2015 Jessup International Law Moot Court Team.
