Mr. McPherson’s family law practice includes divorce, child custody, child support, parenting time, spousal maintenance, premarital agreements, separation agreements, child in need of care, and juvenile offenders. His criminal law practice consists of defense of persons charged with crimes in state and municipal courts.
Mr. McPherson is admitted to practice before the Kansas Supreme Court, all other Kansas courts, and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.
Mr. McPherson received his juris doctorate from Washburn University School of Law in 1992, where he served as Phi Delta Phi’s Magister. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas.
Mr. McPherson is a member of the Wichita Bar Association, for which he has served on the Board of Governors, 2004-2006, and as the Young Lawyers Section President, 1998-1999. He is also a member of the Kansas Bar Association, and he served on the Foundation Board of Trustees for that association, 1998-1999.
