Biography
Dustin Curry is a litigator based in JHC’s Lawrence and Topeka offices. His practice includes criminal defense and personal injury litigation.
Dustin joined JHC’s criminal defense team with 10 years’ experience as a prosecutor at the state and federal level. He spent several years handling major felony cases for the Shawnee County District Attorney’s Office before being designated a Special Assistant United States Attorney on the Violent Crimes Task Force. Now, Dustin uses his considerable insight into the prosecution to defend clients charged with felonies and misdemeanors—including drug crimes, violent crimes, property crimes, and DUIs—in federal, state, and municipal courts.
In his personal injury practice, Dustin has a track record of success recovering compensation for all manner of harms caused by the negligence or intentional misconduct of others. Dustin’s personal injury clients value his careful assessment of their cases, fierce advocacy, and commitment to delivering results.
