Biography
Rylee’s practice focuses on family law matters. She assists her clients with divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, third-party visitation (grandparent, step-parent, etc.), common-law marriage/divorce, and protection from abuse/stalking cases.
Rylee has experience litigating complex family law matters involving military / service members, domestic violence, high-value assets, and LGBTQ+ matters.
Rylee is based out of our Wichita, Kansas, office but practices in many counties across the state. She is familiar with and has experience practicing in rural Kansas counties. Before attending law school, Rylee worked as a trial court clerk in Ellis County, Kansas. Rylee is from a small town in western Kansas and brings those values to her practice in Wichita.
In every case, Rylee helps her clients understand the legal process, provides honest advice on the law, builds a case by securing key witness statements and material evidence, and advocates in and out of the courtroom to ensure the best case posture for settlement or litigation.
Rylee values her clients’ trust and resolutely strives to vindicate it. Her constant goal is to achieve meaningful results suited to her clients’ needs.
