Biography
Hannah Wittman’s family law practice includes divorce, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, and paternity. She also prepares prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, wills, and durable powers of attorney.
Hannah pursued a career in law because she wanted to help people, and that’s exactly what Hannah does as a family law attorney. She helps individuals and families start new chapters, rebuild relationships, set necessary boundaries, and provide for their futures.
Hannah is a people person, and she makes client engagement a top priority. She gets to know her clients’ circumstances, goals, and concerns, and builds a plan of action to suit each client’s unique situation. Taking a personal approach to each case, Hannah delivers the perfect combination of advice and advocacy.
After graduating from Washburn Law in 2016, Hannah served as a research attorney for Judge G. Joseph Pierron at the Kansas Court of Appeals. She then joined the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office, where she honed her trial skills. The perspective afforded by her appellate court work and the experience she gained as a DA shaped Hannah into a thoughtful, capable litigator.
