Practice Areas: Ms. Wagner’s domestic practice includes divorce, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, and paternity.

Admitted: Ms. Wagner is admitted to practice before the Kansas Supreme Court, all Kansas state and municipal courts.

Education: Ms. Wagner completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Religious Studies in 2016. Ms. Wagner received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2018. During her time at the University of Kansas School of Law, Ms. Wagner worked as a legal intern for the University of Kansas Project for Innocence. She also worked as part of the Tribal Judicial Support Clinic with the Prairie Band Pottawatomie Nation revising the tribe’s criminal code.

Activities: Ms. Wagner was a member of the Native American Law Student Association and progressively served as Secretary, Vice President, and President. She also served as the Vice President of the St. Thomas More Catholic Law Students Association.

Membership: Ms. Wagner is a member of the Kansas Bar Association and the Topeka Bar Association.
