Mr. Johnston focuses the majority of his practice on representing individuals who have suffered serious personal injuries or traumatic brain injuries caused by the negligence of others as well as family members who have lost loved ones due to others’ negligent behavior. He also dedicates a sizeable portion of his practice to representing individuals and businesses in complex commercial disputes involving business torts, breach of contract, and securities fraud, among others.

He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.
Professional History: Before joining Joseph, Hollander & Craft, Mr. Johnston was an attorney at a prominent Missouri law firm defending trucking companies, auto accident claims, and product liability lawsuits. Mr. Johnston understands the factors insurance companies use to evaluate injury claims, and he uses that knowledge and experience to assist injured individuals.
Education: Mr. Johnston earned his undergraduate degree from Kansas State University, where he majored in Economics and earned his minor in Political Science. He then attended the University of Kansas of School of Law, where he completed his juris doctorate degree.
