Subscribe to our email list via the form on this page to receive LEMR and information on upcoming CLEs.<\/p>\n<h3>Legal Ethics &amp; Malpractice Reporter<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <em>Legal Ethics &amp; Malpractice Reporter<\/em> (<em>LEMR<\/em>) is a monthly publication covering current developments in ethics and malpractice law. This popular, free publication, with more than 10,000 current subscribers, was envisioned by <a href=\"https:\/\/law.ku.edu\/people\/michael-hoeflich\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KU Law professor Mike Hoeflich<\/a>, who serves as the publication&#8217;s editor-in-chief. After nearly forty years of teaching legal ethics, Professor Hoeflich came to believe that most lawyers find it difficult to keep current with developments in legal ethics and malpractice law\u2014both in their own jurisdictions and nationwide. He set out to make it easier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Professor Hoeflich joined forces with publisher Joseph, Hollander &amp; Craft LLC to bring his vision to fruition. The firm\u2019s legal ethics and malpractice group\u2014including <a href=\"https:\/\/josephhollander.com\/dianebellquist\/\">Diane Bellquist<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/josephhollander.com\/christopherjoseph\/\">Christopher Joseph<\/a>,\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/josephhollander.com\/carrieparker\/\">Carrie Parker<\/a>\u2014shares Professor Hoeflich\u2019s vision of helping attorneys better understand the evolving landscape of legal ethics, professional responsibility, and malpractice.
