After Lowe’s employee, John Davis, stopped a man accused of stealing merchandise from the store, he was later fired.  Davis, who was off the clock at the time of the incident, believed he was doing “the right thing.”  KSN News reporter Andrea Herrera sat down with Joseph, Hollander & Craft’s Ross Hollander, who is internationally recognized for his depth of expertise in civil and employment law, to discuss the employee and employer relationship whether on or off duty.
