Legal Ethics & Malpractice Reporter<\/h3>\n

The\u00a0Legal Ethics & Malpractice Reporter<\/a><\/em>\u00a0(LEMR) is a monthly publication covering current developments in ethics and malpractice law. This popular, free publication, with close to 8,000 current subscribers, was envisioned by\u00a0KU Law professor Mike Hoeflich<\/a>, who serves as the publication\u2019s editor in chief. After nearly forty years of teaching legal ethics, Professor Hoeflich came to believe that most lawyers find it difficult to keep current with developments in legal ethics and malpractice law\u2014both in their own jurisdictions and nationwide. He set out to make it easier.<\/p>\n

Professor Hoeflich joined forces with publisher Joseph, Hollander & Craft LLC to bring his vision to fruition. The firm\u2019s legal ethics and malpractice group\u2014including\u00a0Diane Bellquist<\/a>,\u00a0Christopher Joseph<\/a>,\u00a0Christopher McHugh<\/a>, and\u00a0Carrie Parker<\/a>\u2014shares Professor Hoeflich\u2019s vision of helping attorneys better understand the evolving landscape of legal ethics, professional responsibility, and malpractice. We are all thrilled to partner with Professor Hoeflich in producing practical educational materials for the legal community in Kansas, Missouri, and beyond.<\/p>\n

Continuing Legal Education (CLE)<\/h3>\n

Joseph, Hollander & Craft offers four (4)\u00a0free CLE<\/strong>\u00a0seminars annually \u2014 one per quarter \u2014 which are consistently approved for credit by\u00a0Kansas Continuing Legal Education<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0The Missouri Bar<\/a>. These seminars are regularly attended by hundreds of attorneys across Kansas and Missouri (and sometimes beyond). In 2021, JHC ethics CLEs drew more than 2,100 (1,340 unique) participants.<\/p>\n
