Joseph, Hollander & Craft LLC,— one of Kansas’s fastest-growing law firms — has expanded its footprint in the Kansas City metro area by merging with Overland Park criminal defense firm Erickson Scherff, LLC. With the addition of lawyers Lindsey P. Erickson and Dionne M. Scherff and their staff, Joseph, Hollander & Craft now includes 19 lawyers and 17 staff members with offices in Wichita, Topeka, Lawrence and Overland Park.

Joseph, Hollander & Craft’s Kansas City office is located at 10990 Quivira, Suite 200, in Overland Park. The firm plans to expand the office space to accommodate additional lawyers and legal staff to be hired in the coming months.

“Lindsey Erickson and Dionne Scherff are both seasoned litigators who have built a thriving criminal defense practice serving northeast Kansas and the Kansas City metro area,” said Joseph, Hollander & Craft Managing Member Christopher M. Joseph. He adds: “Over the past few years, our firm has gained a strong foothold in Kansas City serving criminal, civil, employment law and family law clients.”

Dionne and Lindsey share Chris’s enthusiasm. “We are excited to join forces with this prestigious firm of talented lawyers. We are eager to introduce the lawyers of Joseph, Hollander & Craft to the vibrant Kansas City legal community where we know they will be warmly welcomed by our colleagues.”
